Michael Chaddock, President & CEO 
Mr. Chaddock brings to Bantam nearly 30 years of operational leadership and general management experience in the hi-tech sector. Most recently, he was the CEO of Austin, Texas-based X-EMI, which produces electromagnetic interference reduction solutions for the computing and electronics industries. At X-EMI, he developed and executed business and product strategies and secured outside capital investments.
As a Director at Motorola, Mr. Chaddock was credited with exceeding sales and profit projections with a proven ability to turnaround financially troubled and low-performing organizations. He initiated and grew a start-up operation to a greater than $400M business, transformed an organization from bankruptcy to sustained profitability, instilled a disciplined business development and program management methodology and developed the Cultural Gate model, which drives organizational performance improvement by continuously aligning the individual's goals with those of the company.
Since his arrival at Bantam in October of 2004, Mr. Chaddock has led the transformation of the company into a high performance organization -- focusing on growing the value delivered to customers through increased manufacturing capacity and efficiencies, as well as expanded offerings. He has also led the company's strategic expansion into high-mix electronics manufacturing services via leveraging its distinctive depth of expertise in manufacturing, distribution and logistics. As a direct result, business from existing customers has more than doubled and the company continues to win new customers. Bantam has been recognized as a Fastest Growing Company by Inc. Magazine and The Austin Business Journal and has also been named as an Austin Business Journal "Best Place To Work."
Mr. Chaddock holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, a Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and a Member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He is an active member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce including serving as chair for various special project committees, and is a contributing author on "Growth Through The Cultural Gate" for the recently published book Inside The Minds: Small Business Growth Strategies.
Mark Glenewinkel, Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Mr. Glenewinkel brings to Bantam more than 15 years experience in sales, business development, and engineering. As VP of Sales & Business Development, he oversees Bantam's sales, program integration and customer support services. Additionally, he is responsible for business partnerships and investments for growth.
Prior to joining Bantam, Mr. Glenewinkel spent five years in the venture capital industry at KLM Partners, where he was responsible for screening, recommending and closing technology portfolio investments in the semiconductor, communications, and telecommunications industries. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years in sales and as a systems engineer in the semiconductor industry.
As a sales engineer at Avnet and ION Assc, Mr. Glenewinkel represented more than a dozen top-tier semiconductor manufacturers such as Motorola, Xilinx, Analog Devices, Conexant, and Intel. As a systems engineer, Mark worked on Motorola's microcontroller and DSP products.
Mr. Glenewinkel has authored over 20 publications in the area of systems engineering. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from TexasA &M University.
Clifford Scott, Executive Vice President, Systems & Services
Mr. Scott has more than 25 years experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, sales, and distribution. As EVP of Systems and Services, he oversees all computer resell and support services, as well as operations technology.
In 1979, Mr. Scott joined Sterling Electronics to become the youngest inside sales person to reach $1M in annual sales. In 1982, he joined Bantam and immediately led the company's expansion into electronics distribution. Since then, he is credited with leading the company's additional expansion into computer manufacturing in 1987 and custom computer manufacturing in 1995, building Bantam's operational infrastructure, adding JIT inventory and Transparent Order Fulfillment services, and implementing the company's extreme customer service model--all of which have resulted in the company more than quintupling its annual sales revenues.
Kevin Noble, Director of Operations
Mr. Noble brings nearly ten years of engineering and operations experience to Bantam, including five years with Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Operations, he oversees Bantam's manufacturing, production control and logistics services. Since joining Bantam in 2007, he is credited with the creation and implementation of Bantam's engineering design services and the significant expansion of the company's new product integration services.
Prior to joining Bantam, Mr. Noble held engineering positions in the automotive industry, most recently with Ford Motor Company, where he was responsible for All Wheel Drive component design on several vehicle platforms. He also was credited with streamlining supply chain logistics to improve plant productivity.
Mr. Noble holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Murray Sanders, Director of Service & Support
Mr. Sanders brings to Bantam more than 15 years of computing experience in the areas of hardware deployment and software development in both standard and custom environments. As Director of Service and Support, he oversees warranty and non-warranty service as well as reverse logistics for all manufactured systems and manages Bantam's internal network infrastructure. In addition, he oversees design consultation for OEM manufacturing programs.
Prior to joining Bantam, Mr. Sanders worked on a variety of platforms and systems that used Java, Oracle, SQL , .Net, C++, LAMP, and numerous web-based technologies. Since assuming his current role, Mr. Sanders is credited with expanding Bantam's service offering to all 50 states and Canada, as well as implementing next business day on-site support. He possesses a number of technical certifications and is currently completing a degree at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his responsibilities at Bantam, he serves as an Advisory Board member for the Southwest Institute of Electronics and also volunteers with media production groups in the Austin area to advance the arts, online media production and traditional media production.
Donna Fritz, Director of Marketing & Public Relations
Ms. Fritz brings to Bantam more than 20 years experience in marketing leadership and management -- in start-up companies and Fortune 500 corporations. As Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Ms. Fritz oversees all marketing, advertising and public relations activities for the company. In addition, she leads projects to improve internal processes.
Ms. Fritz has served in senior level management roles within the software, finance, insurance, health care and services industries where she has been responsible for strategic planning, new customer acquisition, vertical market expansion and ensuring products were built with passionate attention to customer needs.
As a Director at Ameritrade, Ms. Fritz initiated and deployed customer acquisition programs and branding initiatives that resulted in more than $1B in new customer deposits and created a state of the art marketing operations infrastructure. Ms. Fritz holds a BSBA in Marketing from The University of Nebraska at Omaha and has lectured on a number of topics including strategy, integrating technology and marketing, and consolidating and building brands.
Paula Croix, Controller
Ms. Croix brings a unique blend of skills to Bantam -- with more than 15 years experience in accounting and management, and IT – enabling her to manage both the financial and the technical aspects involved in her position as Controller.
Prior to joining Bantam in October of 2005, Ms. Croix held positions with several small businesses and an accounting firm, where she was recognized for her proficiency in accounting management. Most recently, Ms. Croix served as an operations manager and network consultant for a computer firm. In addition to her accounting experience, Ms. Croix holds numerous IT certifications such as MCP, MCSE and CCNA.
