Product Giveaway & Contest Rules
From time to time, Bantam Electronics, Inc. may give away products and other promotional items. No purchase is necessary for these giveaways. You may enter the contest by completing a provided online form (when available) or by visiting our corporate offices and submitting a paper registration. Entry times and forms may be associated with special events at the Bantam Corporate Offices. You may enter once per contest. The prize will be awarded and winner notified by mail, email, letter and/or telephone call.
The contest is open only to U.S. residents, unless indicated otherwise, and to those who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Bantam Electronics, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
The contest is void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Bantam Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prizes. All taxes and any other applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Bantam Electronics, Inc. reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal value and to end the contest at any time. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to Bantam Electronics, Inc. and its representatives to use the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
In the event the winner cannot be successfully contacted within fifteen (15) days, an alterate winner will be selected. Entering the contest may automatically place you on the Bantam Electronics, Inc. mailing list, which notifies customers of special events and expanded services; however, we will remove you from the list upon request. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of Bantam Electronics, Inc.
